This map shows the downtown section of the town of Edgartown, Massachusetts, in 1850. It shows all of the buildings such as homes, stores, churches, schools, and candle factory. It also shows the wharves on the waterfront. The wharves were labeled at a later date in pencil. Laura Jernegan's father owned the house on the corner of Summer and Davis Streets.
